What is L-theanine and Guarana?

L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, especially green tea.
Guarana is a plant native to the Amazon, whose seeds are naturally rich in caffeine.
Studies have indicated that L-theanine in combination with caffeine enhances focus and
attention (e.g. improvements in accuracy, speed alertness, and task switching).

Can I eat Focus Mode if I’m pregnant or breast feeding?
