What is Acacia Fibre and B. Coagulans

+
Acacia fibre is a natural plant fibre that comes from the sap of the acacia tree. It dissolves easily
and breaks down slowly in the gut, helping reduce bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort.
Bacillus coagulans (B. coagulans) is a type of probiotic ("good" bacteria) that is often taken for
constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Can I eat Digest Mode if I’m pregnant or breast feeding?

+
There is currently not enough evidence to say B. Coagulans are safe for consumption for
pregnant and lactating women. Always consult with your health care professional before
starting any supplement.
