Because Mushimi products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns. If something isn’t right, our team will make it right.
• ❌ No returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items
• ✅ Refunds or replacements only for:
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect item sent
• Quality issue verified by photo

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
